Name: Blaire
Age: Around 31
Gender: Female
Appearance: Here
Personality:
She is a sorceress who controls beams of sunlight especially. She feels it is a useless power and wishes to find her place in society, but it turns out she is a key to a hidden city. She is the heart and soul and they have lived and prospered because they hid her away from enemies. That being said, she does have somewhat of a pusillanimous, pessimistic outlook on life. She is nomadic and blames her unknown lineage on not being able to find a permanent home that will accept her for who she is. A very depressing character, really.
Background History:Blaire is currently unaware of where she comes from or what she is. She has never once hidden her odd skin pigmentations and walks comfortably in her skin, although her life has mostly been filled with living out in the wilderness. She became one with it and the animals that surrounded her. They were her family and she treated them as such. Wherever she went, she provided a sort of warmth and life that every single terrain she crossed seemed to lack. She had a power that was locked inside of her, something that was quite potent. She always knew that she had an uncanny ability to control beams and orbs of light energy, what she would later figyure out to be sunlight, but she had felt that it was a useless power. What would anyone need this energy for?
She would often play around with it, forming the balls of sunlight around her body and letting them fly through her hair, around her arms, wherever just to pacify her boredom. She always tried finding a place to fit into, but every society she crossed seemed rather uninterested or displeased with her visage. It was a rough journey to find a place to call home.
Upon one of her travels, though, Blaire had encountered a young child who stared at her as if she was the most important thing in the world. She, curiously, followed the child as he ran away and came across a tribe of people she had never once seen before and they seemed to recognize and acknowledge her with ease.
Blaire was immediately confueed. Who were these people? Why were they treating her like a queen? She spent a few weeks with these people and was soon told that she is the key to a powerful, hidden city. They had to hide her away after a year of her birth because enemies sought out to steal her and they did intend on bringing her back when they felt she was ready. Blaire was still not ready, though, because she did not unlock her full potential.
Because of her sorcery, she was able to quite literally give and create life from anything. She could even take away life and life energy at the snap of a finger.Even with this amazing news, though, Blaire denied all of it. She didn't believe she could fit in anywhere and she most certainly wasn't the key. If anything, the entire encounter made her even more upset about not having a home of her own. She marked everything down as a lie or failure because of her high pessimistic rate.Fun Facts:Her skin can alternate from the pink seen in the doll to the left, when embarrassed, to its original purple when she feels normal, to a blue when she is sick. Her internal temperature is always boiling hot, which is why she can't wear baggy or tight clothes for very long or without having something cold on hand to ingest.
