She is more of the stoic heiress. She takes life as it is and could best be described as one who lives in the moment, though her range of facial expressions go from a blank emotion to possibly an irritated one. There are some days when she can be rather charming, outgoing, and pleasant as a 'lady' of that caliber should be(according to her mother, that is) but if she to more so think about trying it rather than letting it happen on its own, she would be rather awkward at it. That being said, she is not too well with romantic feelings and often goes into denial. She is a woman of very few words and likes to keep herself locked away to either read, write, practice dances, or work on one of her unusual outfits.
Background History:
Ever since she was a young child her family was crowned king and queen of a faraway land. They named their daughter Cerelia. She was a quiet child, always listening to the sound of her mother's voice whenever the woman would need her a story as a child. She disliked any sort of outings and preferred to stay inside and read. During her teenage years, she encountered a harsh accident that caused her become blind in her right eye. She had encountered me who accidentally tripped and broke a teapot. The glass flew toward her eye and came in contact, badly injuring it. To this very day she dislikes thought of having tea in the afternoon into what happened to her eye. Although, one thing she appreciate the fact that she can wear an unusual assortment of eye patches that, in fact, match very well with the flamboyant outfit she loves to wear so very much.
As she grew older her parents and friends started to worry. They knew of her independence and how she disliked thought of being a tool as far as the man was concerned. She disliked the thought of having to take care of a man and no doubt numerous children that she would be forced to birth.
In an attempt to brakes Cerelia out of her shell, her parents ordered that she take the next vote to London and experience for trial time were young woman was able to go to parties about being penalized one labeled as a harlot. Without any sort of say in the matter Cerelia to the next boat and found herself in the Slum that was called London. Cerelia I hated it. She wanted to go home daily but alas she was not allowed until she took the opportunity to find out what it was like to be free, fall in love and feel as if she wanted to give her life to someone else.

She can still see out of her eye, but she'd much rather wear the eyepatches.
