Name: Sabrielle
Age: Around 22
Gender: Female
Appearance: Here
Personality: An adventurous spirit and beginning axewoman, Sabrielle has just entered the world of battling and is now coming in contact with the real dangers. She is a true hero, what with her naiive, innocent mind, sense of justice, short attention span and reckless mindset.
Her intentions are good and most of the time they take their way down the good path, but she is a young woman with an ear mutation (She's human, just with pointed ears), so she makes mistakes like everyone else. She has, unfortunately, been a victim of deceit and deception before and doesn't appreciate it one bit.
Background History:
The child of a widowed blacksmith, Sabrielle has quite literally spent her entire life around tools. She was fascinated by the art and wanted to be around it always. She was daddy's little girl to the bone. She listened to everything he did, went wherever he did, she couldn't be separated from him.
When she was a child, she would help her father by bringing customers snacks and drinks at first, and she progressed to bringing her father materials up until she had proven herself worthy enough to actually blacksmith at the tender age of 12. She was absolutely thrilled, although at first she didn't quite get it. She ended up making a sword rather bent and to the point where it was basically only good for decapitation.
Although she was discouraged by it, her father was overjoyed to see that she at least got the basics. He molded her and guided her along the way until she was ready to do it completely on her own. At night when her father was asleep, Sabrielle would practice with the weapons, just for fun of course. Complications arose, though. Their land was being terrorized by fierce dragons, trolls, all sorts of ghastly creatures. Her village and others nearby were congregating to form a great military, like the one there had been when her father was very young and spirited himself.
They wanted him to serve once again and lead them to victory but Sabrielle absolutely refused and, instead, offered herself. Most of the men laughed, but a female lieutenant quieted them and welcomed Sabrielle aboard because she had a kindred, spirited demeanor that not many lacked. She thought Sabrielle would make a wonderful warrior.
It wasn't the initial battling that got to her, she was quite a pro at that because of her late night escapades, but it was the training to work together and being in quarters with fellow warriors that got to her. She had only ever been by her father so she didn't know how to really associate herself with others and so, because of that, she was rather awkward at first. People looked past that, though, and acknowledged the kind of warrior she was, though.
Once battle came around, Sabrielle was now recognized as a force to not be reckoned with. although, she did get away scathed. A fierce dragon left its claw marks over her left eye. Poison was on the dragon's claws and so, along with temporarily poisoning her, it left a purple, tattoo like scar. She now refers to it as a battle victory.
Fun Facts:
She is a very gifted blacksmith and often helps her father whenever she is in town. She can make anything from weapons to armor.
Her hair is not only long for decoration but can be used as a weapon due to an enchantment an old friend had placed on it for her since she refused to cut it. It even shortens in length when she needs to run and can lengthen once again.
