Name: Vanna Accalia
Age: 28
Gender: Female
Appearance: Here
Personality: Even though Vanna is a model, she is very down to earth. She has always been a quiet woman, often keeping to herself in large crowds. She has and always will be a very studious woman who will often prefer books to people's company, only because in her line of work people are quite full of themselves. She feels that just because she is a top model doesn't mean she can act snooty and as if she is better than anyone else, because without everyone else she would, essentially, be nothing.
Background History:Vanna hadn't always been around fashion all her life. Her mother started out as a waitress for quite a few years before she met her father. The two got along very well but ended up having Vanna out of wedlock. A few years later when she was around four, they got married and her father pushed her mother into getting into the fashion business along with him when Vanna was around twelve. The two were very successful and made a strong company that provided more than just fashionable clothes, but charitable auctions and events to really give back to the community. They took notice of how Vanna liked to draw and tried to push the girl as long as she was happy. She did continue on with it and eventually learned to sew.
Things got a little rocky when her father came out of the closet. When he revealed he was gay and the two got divorced, Vanna's mother was a little shaken and upset, feeling major rejection, but knew that her husband did it out of love for her. Her parents were still on very good terms as Vanna grew older, and she didn't blame her father at all for anything because she felt one couldn't be blamed for that. She saw it as that her father was trying to save her mother from living a lonely life.
She bloomed into a beautiful young woman despite that short coming and the numerous back and forth trips to her parent's houses. It was in her sophomore year of high school that she had been asked if she would take a modeling job for a local clothing store. Vanna eagerly accepted and was soon modeling all sorts of fashionable clothes, with the benefit of even keeping some of her favorite outfits.
Although she loved making clothing designs, she also knew that she loved modeling them, so she felt she could have the best of both once she grew a little older and had more business sense. She studied fervently, and still does today, in order to hopefully, one day, be able to run a company like her parents did while modeling some of her favorite clothes herself. As her modeling career got more serious, Vanna found herself traveling the world. She modeled in Paris, Moscow, Tokyo, and basically in all the hot spots of the world. She was very well known by the time she was twenty one and liked it, although she did try to stress that she was really only a regular woman who enjoyed doing what she did for a living. Many tried to crack the 'fair facade' she was apparently holding and failed miserably when they would really get to know her. She found it somewhat amusing and she didn't ever get mad at anyone. She knew that the media was a horrible thing and could easily twist legitimate anger into blind, incoherent rage. The last thing she needed was to look like a horrible monster.Fun Facts:
Her favorite book is Of Mice and Men, least favorite being Huckleberry Finn.
She adores getting into literary chats with anybody she feels will supply an intellectual chat.
She hosts a book club every few weeks with close friends.
She's learned to make and sew her own clothing with hopes of one day owning a clothing line.
