Name: Kasza Adelonda
Age: Around 800
Gender: Male
Appearance: Here
Personality: Kasza, without striving, has always had a cool personality. Rather, he's managed to be collective, funny, expressive, and so much more without ever trying. he does his best to conceal his true emotions, as far as showing them in front of his friends, and especially Tokine, when he feels that emotions will just hold a person back and won't essentially help the situation whatsoever. He does have a personality akin to a serpent, he is slick and can get his way out of anything, cunning and skilled enough to get what he wants, even if he needs to squeeze the life out of someone to get it.
Background History:
Coming from a very small, very close knit community, Kasza had always been taught that unity is better than standing out for only one person. He was very set on living by this policy, especially so due to the fact that he never knew his parents. They had died years back while trying to defend a young, newly hatched Kasza from a pack of wild boars. He then ended up in the hands of the entire village, namely an old woman who never had children of her own.
He looked up to her as a grandmotherly type figure and lead by her example. He was a lovable boy, often trying to use his serpentine abilities to complete various tasks like the older men in the village, although he often got discouraged that he could never do it as efficiently.
This village was quite hidden from the rest of the world, that seemed to always be plunged into some sort of trouble. Kasza never paid attention to it because there was no need, no attention had ever been emphasized in his own home, therefore it never really mattered. He was content with living this life, although he did sometimes find it to be kind of a bore. Aside from the annual contests the men held to see who was the strongest and more well rounded warrior, nothing of true interest really happened.
That is, until recruiters of the demon king's army, and the king himself, had appeared and tried to recruit the strongest men in the village into the army in an attempt to get rid of Celiani and Necros. When none of the men accepted the roles and promises of wealth and fame, the demon king sent forth a horrible plague that killed his people slowly. The only way Kasza was saved was because his grandmother guardian had bitten him, injecting all of her venom into him.
What Kasza didn't know was that she herself wasn't affected because she had a sort of venom in her that only the older generations had, rendering them virtually impenetrable to diseases like this. When she no longer had any in her body, she slowly succumbed to it and soon took a blade to the throat just to save Kasza.
This enraged him more than anything else ever had in his life. Kasza stayed in hiding for the longest of times, pledging his vow to get the head of the man who took everything away from him.
He stayed in his home area for the longest of times, making a new, single home to dwell in while he mourned over the loss of all the people he came to know as his family. This was a village Celiani, Necros, Chisa, and Tokine had eventually passed through. Thinking they aligned themselves with the king, Kasza sprang for an attack up until he found them to be all practically survivors seeking vengeance on the king for the wrongs he had done to them all.
He offered room and board at no charge, hearing all of their stories before he, too, decided that he needed to stop mourning and get mobilized. It wasn't very long after that he joined the group and embarked on their way to kill the evil king.Fun Facts: He can transform into a serpent himself, his eyes have a 'medusa effect', but he can control it most of the times. On full moons, though, he needs to strictly wear his glasses or he will accidentally turn someone to stone.
There IS a cure to it. He must bite the victim square in the arm so his venom is injected into them, although the person will be very sick for quite a few days.
